The head of a top U.S. investment firm sees excellent opportunities in Latin America, many which he believes are better than those in the United States and Europe. He points to Brazilian construction firms that are seeing rapid export growth and can be expected to do very well over the next several years. Investors face possible risks over the short term, he cautioned, due to the debt crisis in Europe and the slowing of China's economy. But over the longer term, Latin America is almost sure to deliver.
