China will draw $100 billion in foreign direct investment this year, a commerce ministry spokesman said.

China's FDI intake in the first 11 months was $91.7 billion.

It would be the first time that foreign direct investment in China crossed the $100 billion mark, clear evidence that investment flows into the country remain strong despite worries about rising labor costs.
